
Post - Construction Cleaning service
Phase One: Initial/Rough Cleaning

Trash and construction debris will be placed in a designated waste receptacle.

Floors will have heavy or excessive drywall mud removed as possible.

Floors will be vacuumed or broom swept to make ready for more work.
-
Windows will be scraped to remove labels, stickers, paint, glue, and drywall material as possible.
-
Window tracks will be vacuumed to remove construction dust.
-
Appliance labels and manuals will be gathered and placed in the design location.
-
Labels and stickers, not required to remain will be removed from new fixtures and appliances.
Phase Two: Main/Final Cleaning

Sawdust and drywall dust will be removed from walls and ceilings using an extension duster and/or microfiber cloth.

Window tracks will be vacuumed to remove construction dust.

Windows will be washed inside only and scraped to remove labels, stickers, paint, glue, and drywall material as possible.

The Interior of cabinets and drawers will be vacuumed and wiped to remove dust.
-
Ceiling fans, vents will be cleaned.
-
Woodwork including doors, frames, trim, cabinets, drawers, closet shelves, bookshelves, handrails, and moldings will be wiped.

Baseboards, ledges, electrical outlets covers, and light switches will be cleaned.

The kitchen sink, countertops, and exterior appliances and cabinets will be cleaned.
-
Restrooms sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, urinals, and other fixtures will be cleaned.
-
Mirrors, porcelain surfaces, and chrome fixtures will be cleaned and polished.
-
Carpet areas including edges will be vacuumed using a detailed attachment.
-
Hard floors will be vacuumed, dust moped or swept, and wet mopped with proper product.
Phase Three: Touch-up/Re- Clean

All areas will be lightly touch-up and dusted to create a “move-in” or “ready to show” appearance;

Restrooms will be touched up to create a “move-in” or “ready to show” appearance;
-
Kitchen will be touched up to create a “move-in” or “ready to show” appearance;
-
Floors will be vacuumed as needed to create a “move-in” or “ready to show” appearance.
Standard Procedures
-
Premier General Services Inc. will furnish all necessary supervision, cleaning equipment, and supplies.
-
Additional carpet, window, or hard floor cleaning or maintenance beyond the services described above will be performed at the client’s request and billed separately.
-
Cleaning will be performed to a maximum of 12ft above the floor.
-
When needed, safety cones or barriers will be used to limit access to the area being serviced.
-
Premier General Services’ supervisor will be provided with all necessary security codes, locks, or access keys prior to the start of work.
-
Upon completion of work, the building/house will be secured per instruction.
-
Upon completion of work, all equipment, signs, and used supplies will be removed from the building.
